Some years back, most of our pinoy travelers and even pinoy travel bloggers coming from far Luzon, Visayas and even from the Northern, Eastern and Western Mindanao, who happened to use the Bukidnon route going to the Sourthern Part of Mindanao like Davao City, Cotabato, General Santos, Sarrangani, etc. or vice versa, has no idea where to stay in Bukidnon especially in Maramag.  Today,  you will not wander anymore where to stay in Maramag. Here's the finest and newly installed inn here, the VILLA ESTELA INN. 

I was assigned in Maramag for three (3) years from 2006 to 2009. Yes, it is in fact the truest thing that during this period and even before my assignment, Maramag has nothing to offer especially a pleasant place to have an overnight stay or a short stay to have some rest while on travel going to the southern / northern most part in Mindanao---only those traversing Bukidnon Highway. 

Villa Estela Inn was just newly constructed last 2009, where it offers travelers really a pleasant place or a 2nd home to have a short stay or have some short rest in the course of their travel.  The name Estela was derived from the name of the lady owner who is also an optometrist by profession.

You do not have to worry also about the Food in Bukidnon, Villa Estela also offers you the finest food of your taste, like their "Kalderetang Kambing". As amateur photographer, I am not so tough in taking pictures like food, but somehow, this will give you some idea to reinforce your imagination on how it looks like. Before I finished my course in college in 1989, I was once a waiter in a reputable hotel in Cagayan de Oro City.

When I've seen their ways in food preparation, I can say their waiters and their cook are well trained people because of its food presentation. That's how I considered and tagged this inn as FINEST INN in Maramag. We are a family of cooks. From my Lolo and Lola being a cebuano cook in Cagayan de Oro City. And of course my mother, no one will argue to that and my "kapampangan" wife. You even know the caliber of the Kapampangan when it comes to cooking. That is why, I have also the "taste" when in comes to food. Neweys, taste is debatable, but there is nothing wrong and harm in trying for better and actual appreciation.

This is my second time visiting this place and this is also my first piece in covering a Restaurant in Bukidnon, Food in Bukidnon and Hotels and Inns in Bukidnon. I was with company's client and also a friend of mine. Even him, if he had visitors, he used to treat them in this place, because according to him, this place is the "best place" that he can treat his friends, visitors and even his relatives.

The place is located along the National Highway and just near the Municipal Hall of Maramag of about 500 meters away. From the Bus Terminal of Maramag, you can hire a motorized side car at a fare rate of P10.00. From Cagayan de Oro, it is located on the right side, and from Davao, it is located on the left side after the Municipal Hall of Maramag, Bukidnon.

Villa Estela Inn is located in Anahawon, Maramag, Bukidnon, Philippines. It is the first Barangay from the Poblacion proper if you are bound to Cagayan de Oro City.
