Some years back, most of our pinoy travelers and even pinoy travel bloggers coming from far Luzon, Visayas and even from the Northern, Eastern and Western Mindanao, who happened to use the Bukidnon route going to the Sourthern Part of Mindanao like Davao City, Cotabato, General Santos, Sarrangani, etc. or vice versa, has no idea where to stay in Bukidnon especially in Maramag.  Today,  you will not wander anymore where to stay in Maramag. Dahilayan Adventure Park : Stop Over for Lunch-"Pinutos sa Kanto"

Barangay San Miguel, Manolo Fortich can be seen along our way to Davao or Cagayan de Oro City. This little barangay has a little secret especially on food that you can be proud of once you taste it.

It is in "Pinutos sa Kanto" or in English, "Take Out Corner"---in my own interpretation. 

Part of our Dahilayan Adventure Park Trip and Treat - Part I,  on our way home, we  dropped by to this simple and humble restaurant at San Miguel, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon for a meal. At a glance once you happened to pass by this little restaurant, you could not expect that their something in it.

Before, we used to pass by in this little restaurant, but we've just ignored it. I've just learned it from one of my friends that this little restaurant has something to offer to you.

Why am I covering this humble and little restaurant?

Its because of their food and the cook. One of our favorites is their Roast Beef. Before I will proceed in covering this humble and little restaurant as "Pinutos sa Kanto" or "Take Out Corner"---let me first introduce to you what we have ordered in our Trip and Treat from Dahilayan Adventure Park.

Dahilayan Adventure Park-Trip and Treat-Part 1

Del Monte Philippines, Inc.- Manolo Fortich-------This is what you will witness if you are going to Dahilayan Adventure Park, a part of the vast track of land of pineapple plantation of  Del Monte Philippines. It is located at Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. The other plantation areas were being spread like in the Camp Phillips, Libona, all of the province of Bukidnon. 

A month ago, last October, I've been thinking on what gift would I give to my wife as her birthday presents---and it should be unique from her previous birthdays. I opened up to my  kids about the idea on visiting Dahilayan, right away the idea  was affirmed because of the Zip Line, except of my little girl who was so afraid of the height.

Personally, I have fear of height, in spite of being a Civil Engineer. When my wife told me that I have to conquer the fear of height, I never gave her a straight answer on it. Instead, answered her that a Trip and Treat to Dahilayan would be the best idea as my gift. My wife never showed any hesitation with the idea, a sign of fear on her part, but a sign of enthusiasm to conquer her fear by trying another level of her life -----to conquer the longest dual zip line in ASIA.
