Time Out Na! Ano ba talaga ang Filipino Time?

Filipino Time is before the time. We were tagged as always late in every occasion that we will be attending. Once late, that is Filipino Time. Today, a new image of Filipinos should emerge, that is "Filipino Time is before the Time". This serves as a challenge to us.
